- The sixth foal and first colt of his fertile dam, Pompey is a tall, leggy gelding of such quality that we considered raising him as a stallion prospect. His conformation is very correct, and he carries himself naturally uphill. Three big, loose, scopey gaits. Fantastic temperament, quiet, willing, people-oriented, and unflappable. Talented enough for a pro, easy enough for an amateur. His older full sisters are successful in dressage, jumping and eventing. Pompey should mature to around 17.1h.
